What data we collect and why
Through the inquiry form on the Contact page we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), topic and the text of your message. We use them only to answer your inquiry and to continue the related communication. The basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending.
How long we keep the data
We keep an inquiry while the communication about it lasts and while there is a need for it, and then delete it. On your request we can delete it earlier.
Cookies and external services
The site works without tracking cookies. If statistics (Google Tag Manager) are enabled, they load only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice; you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Videos (YouTube) and maps (Google Maps) load only when you play them or when you scroll to them, and are then delivered by external services under their own rules.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, to restrict processing or object to it, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@sind.rs. You also have the right to contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
